The breakfast was fantastic. Consisting of 4 different sweet breads, bagels, yogurt, and mixed berries. The hosts were friendly and attentive to our needs and request. They treated us like family. The hosts were Peter, Judy and Kylie. The location was excellent, within walking distance to everything in the village.

Ashley Inn was amazing and the innkeeper was the sweetest. We could only get a 5 AM ferry with our car, so we arrived in Edgartown around 8 AM. As this was an impromptu trip, my friend and I did not get much sleep the night before and arrived very sleep and tired. The innkeeper and his assistant were so accommodating that they let us check in to our room at 11 AM instead of the normal time in the afternoon so we could get a nap in before checking out the rest of the island. As it was rainy day, the nap proved useful and let us explore in the afternoon when the weather was a little better. Highly recommend this B&B!

Very quaint and comfortable Inn located within walking distance of Edgartown. Nicely decorated and very quiet. I'd definitely stay here again.

Spacious, comfortable and well appointed room, friendly staff, a short walk to downtown Edgartown and just two blocks from the bus stop (which is super convenient, because the buses are free, run every fifteen minutes and get you just about anywhere to want to go).

Location great. Breakfast very disappointing. Last time we stayed there, we had a great breakfast that was actually prepared for us in the kitchen; was not just a contenential breakfast.

The building is beautiful, the location is ideal and the staff could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. And lots of little nooks to tuck in and relax.

The staff is outstanding, the rooms are perfect, the dog Stella is honestly the best dog Ive ever met, the breakfast is delicious, the location is ideal. Peter is just wonderful!
